- SALSA CUBANA
It is a funny, hot and dynamic dance. Salsa refers to a fusion of informal dance styles having roots in the Caribbean, Latin and North America.
In Salsa, the hip action is usually relaxed and subtle. The word Salsa includes also other Caribbean rhythms, for instance Cha Cha Cha, Merengue…
Cuban salsa classes last 1:30h. They begin in September and finish in June but you decide how long the course is depending on your needs. We advise you to do six months at least.
Timetable:
Monday: from 9 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Wednesday: from 10:30 p.m. to 12 p.m.
Friday: from 9:30 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Saturday: from 9:30 p.m. to 11 p.m.
- CASINO SALSA CIRCLE
It is a particular type of round dancing of Salsa. Pairs of dancers form a circle, with dance moves called out by one person, a caller. Many of the moves involve the swapping of partners. Really funny!!!
We give you Rueda de Casino in all our Cuban Salsa and Line style Salsa classes.

- LINE STYLE SALSA
Unlike Cuban Salsa, which is more informal or urban, in Line Style Salsa we emphasize in the technique and style. The figures are danced in line.
Line Style Salsa classes last 1:30h. They begin in September and finish in June but we constantly begin classes.
Timetable:
Tuesday: from 9 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and from 10:30 p.m. to 12 p.m.
Thursday: from 9:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. (ballroom 1) and from 9:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. (ballroom 2)
- BALLROOM DANCE
Viennese Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Samba, Cha Cha Cha, Rumba Bolero, Rock & Roll…
Ballroom Dance refers to a set of partner dances that is dances whose basic choreography involves coordinated dancing of two partners. Don’t worry if you don’t have a partner, we will find you one!
The aim of this dance is to achieve a good knowledge of basic dance patterns in order to have a good command of different styles, figures and steps and to be able to perform choreographies.
Ballroom dance classes last 1:30h. They begin in September and finish in June but we constantly begin classes.

Saturday: from 8 p.m. to 9.30 p.m.
- COMPETITIVE DANCE
This type of dance is for those who are perseverant and disciplined and want to better themselves. If so, you can begin right know!!
And for those who are already inside this world of competition, we are here to help you to improve with our dance team and a wide space where you can practice.
These classes are private and you can choose the timetable.
- ARGENTINIAN TANGO
The Argentinian Tango is a very powerful dance with big movements, dramatic gestures and quick snaps of the head from one position to another. It expresses not only sadness but passions and love’s sensuality.
Argentinian Tango classes are once a week.

Sunday: from 6.30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
- HIP-HOP
It covers different “Old School” dances (1970s and 1980s), such as Bboying, Popping, Loking and Uprocking, but it also includes “New School” dances such as Newstyle, Housedance, Krumping, Raggagam, etc.
It is a kind of urban dance that comes from Spanish American communities and specially the Bronx, in New York City. Hip hop is a carefree, extrovert and dynamic dance.
Hip Hop classes last 1:30 h and we do them twice a week.

- from 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. ( introductory – intermediate level)
Monday: from 10 p.m. to 11 p.m. (intermediate – advanced level)

- ORIENTAL DANCE
The Oriental Dance is a therapeutic and spiritual dance used in the old days in Egyptian and Indian sacred temples.
You can learn to control the different parts of your body through movements and you will be able to free you from stress. In short, Oriental dance has a lot of advantages; not only helps you to improve posture and muscle toning but it also takes part in women’s identity growth.
Oriental Dance classes last 1:30 h and we do them twice a week.

- SEVILLANAS
Sevillanas (Sevillian dance) is an old folk dance, danced by couples of all ages and sexes. Each Sevillana is composed of 4 parts with different choreographies, which have in common walks, steps and final figures.
It is a very vivid dance, the most appropriate to acquire feet and hands’ coordination!
Sevillanas classes last 1:30 h and we do them twice a week.

- FLAMENCO AND SPANISH CLASSIC
There are different palos (types of beat amalgams) in Flamenco such as soleares, fandangos, seguiriyas, bulerías, alegrías, tangos, etc.
We begin with simple exercises to initiate you in the Andalusia culture. The real essence of FLAMENCO is to experience it by yourself and to discover its emotional power. So, put your shoes on because the tablao is waiting for you!!!
Flamenco classes are once a week.

- BRAZILIAN SAMBA
If you want to feel good and to undergo physical and mental benefits, lose weight, move your hips 100% and to face daily life happily, Brazilian Samba is the best for you! It’s really fun!!!

Wednesday: from 10 p.m. to 11 p.m.
- BREAK DANCE
Break-dance is a street dance, very dynamic, fresh and with a strong character. It was created by Latino and Afro-American young people. It has influences from Salsa, Jazz, Tap, Charleston, Lindy Hop, Martial Arts, and Sports Gymnastics, which have completely different characters.
We do two sessions of 1h each.
